Changing your carburetor to an electronic fuel injection system provides a reliability to your classic car like it has never seen before. Remember when every mile marker had a gas station with a mechanical shop for tune up? Vehicles of the era still require regular tune ups/ tuning adjustment on a weekly basis with a carburetor. With the Electronic Fuel Injection kit, it takes that factor right out of the equation. Changing over to an electronic fuel injection system will allow the engine to learn how much fuel is needed compared to how much air is coming into the system, with its electronic on board computer (built into the Carburetor looking system) it can identify these factors and adjust it on the fly. Going to the mountains? The EFI system will automatically read the change in barometric pressures and adjust your fueling so there is no need to pull over and re-jet your carburetor. The system has automatic settings for cold starting, hot starting, regular day applications and conditions but can also be adjusted manually to accommodate for any other needs. This system allows you to enjoy your classic car as a daily driver rather than a weekend cruiser. With very minor modifications, the system can work well your classic car. Requirements for the system will include: 

- Intake manifold to fit 4 Barrel (some kits are sold as 2 barrel application) 

- A metal fuel tank. 

We add a return style fuel system tapped into the Metal fuel tank, add a 255LPH fuel pump near the fuel tank to keep things flowing. All new Permaflex high pressure fuel injection line with 2 fuel filters, one primary 100 Micron filter and a secondary 10 Micron fuel filter. The kit come with a full in car monitoring and data screen, which also allows you to tune and make adjustments on the fly. A custom tune sets everything up to work together with your headers, heads, or whatever other modifications you have done. If needed there are fail safe systems also built into the EFI system that can be hooked up in case the engine loses oil pressure or fuel pressure just to further protect the motor.
